At Cedar Planters, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our natural wood products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your planter isn't the perfect fit for your garden, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the Planter

  Ensure the item is disassembled and placed back into its original packaging with all hardware and assembly components included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is securely sealed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit for damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
